Blocker Tie Ring

Easy to use, the Blocker Tie Ring allows relief from pressure at the horse’s poll in panicky situations. In incidents in which a horse pulls back, the resulting pressure on its poll can trigger a high flight response that lea rapidly to full-blown panic. The Blocker Tie Ring allows a horse to pull some slack in the tie rope when he pulls back—enough to respond safely to stimulus—relieve poll pressure and avoid triggering the panic response.

Three different tie settings and the style of lead rope you use (not included) let you determine the degree of tension for each individual horse. The amount of hold can be as little as a couple of poun or as much as a few hundred poun . Full instructions are included. Chrome-plated. (Use with 5/8" or 3/4" poly rope.)
